The investment tracking features allow you to track investment holdings with prices fetched from Yahoo Finance or entered manually. You should understand that:

• Market prices from Yahoo Finance may be delayed up to 15 minutes, inaccurate, or incomplete. Prices are cached locally for up to 5 minutes.
• Portfolio allocation analysis and performance calculations are based on data you enter and may contain errors.
• Asset allocation suggestions are general guidelines based on age and risk profile. They do not constitute personalized investment advice.
• The App does not execute trades, provide buy/sell recommendations for specific securities, or manage your investments in any capacity.

Scenario Modeling Disclaimer

The scenario modeling feature simulates the financial impact of hypothetical changes (salary changes, relocations, etc.). These simulations:
