These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Tylia LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TyliaFinance mobile application (the "App") and any related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TyliaFinance is a personal finance management application that provides tools including a salary calculator, budgeting, loan analytics, retirement projections, investment tracking, scenario modeling, and financial insights. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes to help you understand and plan your personal finances.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use the App. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.
All subscriptions are processed through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Free trial eligibility, if offered, is determined by Apple or Google. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Standard or Premium features until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate unless they cancel and re-subscribe.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, source code, algorithms, and calculation engines, is owned by Tylia LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TYLIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tylia LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by deleting the App and requesting account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
